Natalie Porter is Principal Product Manager, CIS at Gigawatt, reporting to Director of Product Chona Emerson.
At Gigawatt, Natalie leads product management for CIS capabilities within the Revenue module, focusing on billing, meter-to-cash workflows, customer information systems, and complex utility revenue operations. She works across product, engineering, and customer teams to define capabilities that support billing accuracy, operational scalability, and AI-driven modernization for utility revenue systems.
Natalie brings deep experience across utility product strategy, complex billing, customer operations, and data-driven product development. Prior to Gigawatt, she held product leadership roles at GridX, where she owned complex billing products, including auxiliary billing capabilities for existing CIS platforms and dynamic pricing engines for real-time rate calculations.
Earlier in her career, Natalie held product and operations roles at Treeswift and NCX, leading AI-enabled operational delivery, carbon market programs, project delivery systems, and data-driven workflow optimization. She also spent more than 4 years at Oracle, where she led product strategy and product management across customer experience, meter-to-cash operations, and utility call center applications.
Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Process Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
