Implementation Lead
Gigi Robles is Implementation Lead at Gigawatt, reporting to VP of Transformation Raj Rao.
At Gigawatt, Gigi leads implementation planning and execution for utility customers, helping translate product capabilities into operational deployments. She works across the Customer Organization, Product, and Engineering to support discovery, solution design, data mapping, integration planning, configuration, testing, and deployment readiness. Her role supports Gigawatt’s implementation model, where Professional Services owns delivery methodology, integration enablement, AI-forward configuration, and reusable implementation assets.
Gigi brings deep utility implementation experience across CIS, billing, customer operations, and Oracle utility platforms. Prior to Gigawatt, she spent nearly 10 years at Meridian Integration, where she held roles including Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Oracle CC&B/CCS/C2M Functional Solutions Architect, Senior Functional Solutions Architect, and Senior Functional Consultant. Her work included managed services, releases, customization review, impact analysis, implementation support, integrations, and enhancement requests for utility clients.
Earlier in her career, Gigi worked as a CC&B Functional Consultant and Business Analyst at Utility Solutions Partners, supporting CIS services for utility customers. Her background gives her strong expertise in utility operating processes, source-to-target mapping, functional solution design, and implementation execution across regulated customer systems.
Gigi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and E-Business from Kaplan University. She is also an Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
