Brittany Zamani is Head of Recruiting at Gigawatt, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Joe Berti.
At Gigawatt, Brittany leads recruiting for the company’s early technical and product teams, helping build the talent foundation behind Gigawatt’s AI-native suite for utilities. She focuses on hiring engineering and product leaders, ML and AI engineers, full-stack engineers, solution architects, designers, and other critical roles required to scale the platform.
Brittany brings deep experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and team building across high-growth technology organizations. Her background spans machine learning, AI, software engineering, product, global operations, and executive-level hiring, with experience building recruiting programs and hiring teams across complex technical domains.
Prior to Gigawatt, Brittany held senior recruiting roles at Meta and PayPal. At Meta, she supported hiring across machine learning, GenAI, FAIR, Reality Labs, computer vision, NLP, AR/VR, software engineering, and global operations. At PayPal, she led a team of senior technical recruiters supporting engineering and product hiring across the U.S. and Mexico, while collaborating with partners across EMEA and APAC.
Brittany studied Broadcast Journalism and Communication, with a focus on Human Communication and Mass Communications, at Arizona State University.
