Reid Snyder is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Gigawatt, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Joe Berti.
At Gigawatt, Reid leads corporate development, strategy, partnerships, and market expansion, helping define where the company builds, buys, partners, invests, and allocates resources. He works across product, technology, go-to-market, finance, and external stakeholders to translate market insight into strategic initiatives, product priorities, and long-term growth opportunities.
Reid brings experience across company building, venture development, platform strategy, and corporate development. He is part of Gigawatt’s founding team, supporting the company’s growth as it builds the AI-centric operating system for utilities.
Prior to Gigawatt, Reid held founding and leadership roles at SkillHero, HaQ, and Fullstack Ventures. His background spans workforce technology, platform development, venture formation, strategic partnerships, and business expansion across startup and growth-stage environments.
Reid earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
