Reid Snyder is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Gigawatt, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Joe Berti.
At Gigawatt, Reid leads corporate development, M&A, strategy, partnerships, and market expansion. He works across product, technology, go-to-market, finance, and external stakeholders to translate market insight into strategic initiatives, product priorities, and long-term growth opportunities.
Reid brings extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, company building, and platform strategy. He is part of Gigawatt’s founding team, supporting the company’s growth as it builds the AI-centric operating system for utilities.
Prior to Gigawatt, Reid led private investments and operations at 1+1 Ventures, and held founding and leadership roles at HqO, Fullstack Ventures, and AmericanInno.
Reid earned an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
