Neil Huffman is Director of Product, Service at Gigawatt, reporting to Senior Vice President of Product Art Mostofi.

At Gigawatt, Neil leads the Service module, focusing on embedding AI-driven intelligence into field service and operational workflows. He works across product and engineering to design and deliver capabilities that improve service execution, exception management, and real-time decision-making across utility operations.

Neil brings more than 25 years of experience across product management, architecture, and software engineering. He has worked across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and product definition to implementation, release, and ongoing optimization. His background spans AI, cloud, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications, enabling him to lead cross-functional teams and translate complex requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Prior to Gigawatt, Neil was a Product Manager at IBM, where he led product development for Maximo Field Service Management. He focused on advancing field service capabilities within the Maximo platform, helping deliver enterprise-grade solutions that improve workforce efficiency, service reliability, and operational visibility.

Neil’s experience across product, architecture, and engineering allows him to align stakeholder needs with technical execution, ensuring that AI capabilities are effectively integrated into core service workflows and deliver measurable operational impact.
