Ilona Loshchenko
Design Lead
At Gigawatt, Ilona leads product design across the company’s AI-native platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences for utility operations. She is responsible for user experience strategy, interface design, design systems, and product usability, ensuring complex AI capabilities are delivered through clear, accessible, and scalable experiences.
Ilona brings experience designing enterprise SaaS products, AI-driven applications, and data-intensive platforms. Her work focuses on balancing business objectives with user-centered design, translating complex workflows into intuitive digital products that improve adoption and operational efficiency.
Prior to Gigawatt, Ilona served as Senior UX Designer at P6 Technologies, where she led user experience design for a SaaS platform focused on Life Cycle Assessment. Earlier, she held design leadership roles at BN Digital, including Project Manager and Design Lead, as well as UI/UX Designer, leading digital product initiatives for global clients. She also served as Main UI/UX Designer at AIMIX, building user experiences across web and enterprise applications.
Ilona earned a bachelor’s degree in Automation and Computer-integrated Technologies from Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University and completed advanced studies in web design at Uprock School.
