Berry Sagehorn is Director of People at Gigawatt, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Joe Berti.
At Gigawatt, Berry leads the company’s People operations, organizational design, culture, and employee experience. She works closely with executive leadership to build the infrastructure that supports Gigawatt’s growth, spanning workforce planning, performance management, compensation, onboarding, organizational effectiveness, and people systems.
Berry brings more than a decade of experience building People Operations for high-growth organizations. Her background combines operational leadership with human-centered talent strategy, helping companies scale through periods of rapid growth, executive transition, and organizational transformation across technology, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Prior to Gigawatt, Berry served as Chief People Officer at DearDoc, where she built and led the organization’s first People function during a period of rapid revenue growth. She also held leadership positions at OBMedia, Digifabshop, and Tradavo, establishing people operations, organizational development, and talent strategies for fast-growing companies across multiple industries.
