Art Mostofi is Senior Vice President of Product at Gigawatt, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Joe Berti.
At Gigawatt, Art leads product vision, platform architecture, and AI strategy, defining how modular AI operates across utility systems. He works across product, engineering, and go-to-market to design scalable platforms that translate complex utility operations into actionable, intelligence-driven workflows.
Art brings more than a decade of experience building enterprise utility platforms. Prior to Gigawatt, he spent over 11 years at GridX, where he joined as an early employee and helped build the company’s core platform from inception to enterprise scale. He led product vision, portfolio strategy, and multi-year roadmap development, scaling the platform to support approximately 30% of U.S. smart meters, process more than $1B in billed revenue annually, and run trillions of billing calculations.
At GridX, Art played a central role in defining the Digital Rate Platform, bridging the gap between customer engagement and billing systems by translating complex rate structures into clear, customer-specific pricing intelligence. He led multiple phases of growth, from achieving product-market fit and closing early enterprise deals, to scaling delivery operations, launching API ecosystems, and advancing AI capabilities using machine learning and large language models.
Earlier in his career, Art held roles at Accenture, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across energy and enterprise clients. He worked with executive teams to modernize operations, deliver measurable cost savings, and design data-driven platforms, building the foundation for his work in scalable SaaS and AI product development.
