Gigawatt today announced that American Electric Power (AEP) has completed go-live on its AI-native bill analysis platform. The deployment supports faster, more accurate bill review workflows for utility customer service teams.
The platform is designed to integrate with existing CIS and billing systems while giving agents AI-assisted tools for exception handling and root-cause analysis.
