His work centers on building scalable platforms, integrating AI-driven support tools, and developing data infrastructure that supports forecasting, workforce optimization, and real-time operational insight.

Prior to Gigawatt, Chris spent over 19 years at Netspend, where he served as Senior Director of Contact Center Operations. He led major platform transformations, including the implementation of an omnichannel CCaaS platform and AI-driven automation tools, significantly reducing operational costs while improving service outcomes. He also built the data infrastructure used to consolidate customer interaction data, develop predictive models, and guide operational decision-making at scale.

Earlier in his career, Chris held roles at Unisys, where he managed high-severity incidents and led service restoration efforts across enterprise environments. His experience in incident management, analytics, and operations informs his approach to building reliable, data-driven systems that support critical customer-facing functions.
